For optimum results mix Fascinelle Developer (also known as Peroxide) with professional hair colour to activate.
Different effects and levels of tone are determined by the strength of the developer or peroxide.
Read the instructions carefully on your hair colour to match the correct level of developer with your hair colour.

Fascinelle Developer is a thicker creamy formulation and is available in:
10 vol (3%) 20 vol (6%), 30 vol (9%) & 40 vol (12%).

Authority to Leave

If you have not advised for ATL/Leave at Door and you are not home, you may incur an additional re-delivery fee. This fee is approximately $20.00 but will depend on the delivery location.
