Returns Policy

HPSS Returns Policy 

Electrical Items 

  • No refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind. No exceptions. 

  • All electricals include a 6 24 month manufacturer’s warranty. 

  • Proof of purchase is required. We recommend recording your sale in our system so receipts can be reprinted. 

  • Warranty claims must be sent to the manufacturer at their expense. The manufacturer will assess and, at their discretion, repair or replace the item. 

  • If deemed not a warranty issue, a repair quote will be provided. If declined, return postage is at your expense. 

  • While under assessment/repair: 

  • No loan items provided. 

  • No off-the-shelf replacements until the claim is approved. 

GAMMA Products 

  • HPSS cannot process GAMMA warranty claims. 

All Other Products 

  • Within 7 days of purchase, refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered at HPSS’s discretion if goods are faulty, defective, or not fit for a stated purpose. Proof of purchase required. 

  • No refunds for change of mind. 

  • Unopened, sealed, resaleable items may be eligible for store credit or exchange only, at HPSS’s discretion. 

  • Items without tamper-evident seals, brushes and combs, and opened items cannot be returned for change of mind. 

  • After 7 days, no refunds, exchanges, or store credit are available. 

Damaged in Transit 

  • All items are photographed before dispatch. 

  • Transit damage is the responsibility of the transport provider, not HPSS. 

  • We may assist with claims but cannot provide refunds or replacements. 

Non-Returnable Items 

Includes (but not limited to): 

  • Gift cards 

  • Selected health and personal care items 

  • Intimate or sanitary goods 

  • Hazardous materials 

  • Open or non-saleable items (unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer/importer) 

Important Notes 

  • Refunds, exchanges, or store credit exclude shipping costs. 

  • Defect determinations are made by the manufacturer or importer. If deemed satisfactory, no refund/exchange applies and return shipping is at your expense. 

  • Saleable condition is determined by HPSS. 

  • Returns require a legible receipt or recorded sale. No proof = no return. 

  • Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear. 

  • Return shipping is at your expense and non-refundable. 

  • Furniture returns incur a 20% handling and admin fee.
