Electrical Returns Policy
- For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to provide a refund, store credit or exchange on electricals for change of mine. No exceptions.
- All electrical items come with 12-24 months warranty provided by the manufacture.
- Proof of purchase is required to make a claim. For this reason we strongly recommend the sale is recorded on our system together with your name, phone number and email.
- If you have a warranty claim for defect, your item will be shipped (at the manufacture's expense) back to the manufacture. The manufacture will assess the claim and, at their sole discretion, will repair or replace the item.
If the manufacture deems it to not be a warranty claim, postage for the return of your item will be at your expense.
Please note:
- For reasons of hygiene, under no circumstances can we provide a refund/store credit for electrical items. Part of the purchase is a warranty provided by the manufacture and any claims for defective items are with the manufacture.
- All items must be returned to the manufacture, no exceptions. At the manufactures sole discretion the item will be repaired or replaced. A replacement item, under no circumstances, will be provided until your item has been assessed by the manufacture.
- For reasons of hygiene we are unable to provide you with a loan item while your item is being assessed/repaired by the manufacture.
All other products:
- Our return policy allows for refunds, replacement or store credit, at HPSS's sole discretion, within a 7-day period from the date of purchase if the goods are faulty, defective or, if you stated a purpose and advice was given, not fit for the stated purpose.
- No refunds are provided for change of mind. If within 7 days you have changed your mind, the goods have not been opened and returned in a saleable condition HPSS, at their discretion, may provide a store credit.
- After the 7 period, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or store credit.
Damaged goods during transport
- All goods shipped by HPSS are photographed as proof the goods left us in good condition.
- Goods damaged during transport are the responsibility of the transport company not Half Price Salon Supplies. We may, at our discretion, assist you in making a claim against the transport provider, however we will not be able to provide you with a refund or replacement item.
Non returnable items
Items that can not be returned, refunded or offered store credit include (but not limited to);

- Gift cards

- Selected health and personal care items

- Intimate or sanitary goods

- Hazardous materials

- Opened items or items not in a saleable condition, unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer or importer.
Note:

- Refunds, exchange or store credit does not include transport costs. No exceptions. The value of the refund, exchange or store credit will be limited to the value of the goods purchased.

- The determination of a defective product lies with the manufacturer or importer at their sole discretion. If deemed satisfactory by them, no refund or exchange will be provided, with return shipping at your expense.

- Saleable condition will be determined by Half Price Salon Supplies at their sole discretion.

- To process a return, a legible receipt or a recorded sale in our system must be provided. A refund, exchange or store credit will not be provided without a receipt or a record of sale in out system, NO EXCEPTIONS. For this reason we recommend opening an account (not checking out as a guest) for easy retrieval of purchase records.

- Please note, refunds can take 5 business days to appear in your account from the date the refund was processed.

- Proof of damage or defective product must be sent to Half Price Salon Supplies. Please email us at [email protected] with details of the issue and photos of the damage, noting that all claims will be verified against pre-shipping photos.

- Return shipping is at your expense, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Furniture returns will incur a 20% handling and admin fee."
