A flat shipping fee covers most of Australia, but not everywhere.

$16.99 flat shipping.  In some circumstances, for remote areas, bulky or heavy items, it is necessary to apply additional freight. In this circumstance the additional freight will be applied at the time of packing.  If this happens an invoice will be sent by email.  Be assured everything that can be done to avoid this, has been done.

As shipping cannot be calculated at checkout, orders will initially appear with free shipping. If your order is not eligible, a separate shipping invoice will be issued once costs are confirmed. Should you choose not to proceed, a full refund will be provided.

Authority to Leave

If you have not advised for ATL/Leave at Door and you are not home, you may incur an additional re-delivery fee. This fee is approximately $20.00 but will depend on the delivery location.
