Technical information:
Bleach & Tone is recommended for off-scalp application only such as highlights
Do not overlap with previously lightened hair

Authority to Leave

 

If you have not advised for ATL/Leave at Door and you are not home, you may incur an additional re-delivery fee. This fee is approximately $20.00 but will depend on the delivery location.
