Please follow appropriate safety instructions. NEUTRALISER: After applying Perm My Hair Normal or Perm My Hair Coloured rinse off the perm and dry off. Apply Perm My Hair Neutraliser following the safety instructions. It provides conditioning on the hair, suits all hair types.
